We hope that you will be happy with the items you order from bellavitasonoma.com, however if it’s not exactly as you had hoped, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise with tags still attached and with a copy of your receipt within 10 days from the date of delivery for full refund*.
Please note, we CAN NOT accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or that smells of smoke or perfume. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that do not fit these qualifications. In addition, all shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Undergarments (aka lingerie) are FINAL sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All SALE merchandise is final sale, no exceptions. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund, and can be used on our website, bellavitasonoma.com and in our brick and mortar store, Bella Vita Sonoma in Sonoma CA.
If you wish to make a return, send an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org noting your invoice number, describing which item(s) you'd like to return as well as the reason. We will email you back promptly with an RA (Return Authorization) number. As soon as you have this RA number, ship back your unwanted items WITHIN 10 DAYS of the date you receive them to:

Please write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box for our reference. Please also include a copy of your original receipt with the item(s) you’d like to return clearly circled and noted for us regarding reason for return. Send back your items using an insured shipper, as we are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase within five days of the date we receive the return. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible, so we can hold the replacement for you until your return makes it way back to us. Please also note, all Bella Vita Sonoma shipments go through quality control before we send them to you to ensure that the correct styles, sizes, and colors are shipped to you. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them.
We are so grateful for your order, and want to get it to you ASAP! Online orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. We ship with USPS Priority Mail. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that USPS delivery times don't include Sundays or Holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.
